Build and configure solutions using ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom applications
Drive enhancements and improvements to the ServiceNow platform aligned with business goals and IT strategy
Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using APIs
Ensure solutions are compliant with platform governance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents
Provide guidance to junior developers
Maintain technical documentation including design specifications
Support and lead platform upgrades
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Information Technology
6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
Strong technical expertise in core platform and advanced development
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desired
