Provides strategic oversight for direct marketing fundraising programs for a portfolio of several nonprofit organization clients
Serves as a client relationship manager
Works within a team to deliver direct marketing fundraising programs
Drafts client annual plans with Account Lead support
Interprets and presents program and project results
Works with list brokers/modeling vendors to develop lists
Oversees client’s annual expenses
Prepares and presents strategy decks
Oversees execution of year-long direct marketing schedules
Manages day-to-day service delivery and client satisfaction
Identifies opportunities to expand client work/scope
Mentors and trains team members
Assists with new business proposals and presentations as requested
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in one of the following areas of work: Nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy; direct marketing, including telemarketing, online and/or grassroots organizing
Proficiency working on multiple projects simultaneously
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
Production knowledge
Experience with nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy
