Role Overview
- Build NexGen’s marketing function from the ground up, including strategy, processes, and systems
- Develop and execute a scalable full-funnel SaaS marketing strategy
- Create messaging architecture for NVO, CCaaS, WFM, integrations, and future products
- Build a demand generation engine including inbound, outbound, webinars, and automated campaigns
- Develop unified SEO strategy across NexGen web properties
- Create or oversee pitch decks, case studies, blogs, scripts, and vertical materials
- Manage NexGen’s marketing budget with an ROI focus
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in SaaS, CCaaS, B2B tech, or communications
- Proven success scaling SaaS companies through hyper-growth
- Expertise across product marketing, demand generation, content, SEO, and revenue alignment
- Proficiency with automation tools, analytics platforms, and AI workflows
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution and creative output
