Work collaboratively, internally and externally, to create and execute annual integrated marketing plans for various products and campaigns.
Develop a deep understanding of business goals for various group verticals, while aligning marketing strategies to drive results that meet those goals.
Facilitate direct marketing processes and implementations, with a particular focus on direct mail, digital and fulfillment.
Create effective messaging for products that is clear and efficient.
Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis.
Track and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop reporting to provide guidance for future marketing initiatives.
Manage project budgets and coordinate vendor invoices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Previous experience with direct marketing, digital or lead generation marketing.
Ability to implement a consumer marketing strategy, apply it to business goals, track and report return on investment (ROI) and adapt plans based on market conditions, financial environment and business changes.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects within a tight deadline environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
