Manage the full recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers (gathering requirements, posting job ads, screening CVs/resumes, selecting candidates, conducting phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending pre-employment tests, and issuing employment contracts)
Set recruitment priorities and closely track ongoing assignments
Follow up with candidates who were not selected regarding their applications
Build and maintain candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs
Source passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest
Demonstrate strong expertise in social media recruiting and establish a presence on LinkedIn with both active and passive candidates
Analyze candidates' skills in relation to business needs
Advise and support hiring managers during interviews and candidate selection
Propose and implement talent attraction and acquisition solutions (search strategies, external visibility, and appropriate recruitment sources)
Stay up to date on market trends (job postings, interview templates, psychometric tests)
Requirements
3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
Experience in a recruitment agency is strongly preferred
Ability to work in a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good management of unexpected events and priorities; able to identify problems and seek possible solutions
Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail
Initiative and the ability to anticipate next steps and actions to take
Excellent client service approach and rigorous follow-up
Strong ethics and ability to protect the confidentiality of HR information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions according to established recruitment priorities
Experience recruiting for specialized IT and engineering roles (civil engineering, construction is an asset)
Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
Excellent French, both spoken and written
