About this role
Role Overview
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Legal and Ethics team
Act as a central coordination point for incoming queries
Facilitate the timely issuing of sales contracts and support related queries
Develop and maintain support materials and guidance notes
Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes across the team
Monitor performance metrics and feedback loops
Maximise the use of legal technology tools
Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance-related activities
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong service orientation with the ability to support colleagues and enable them to perform effectively.
Ability to design practical, scalable solutions to operational challenges.
Experience supporting the operational needs of a legal or professional services team.
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and document management systems favorable.
Familiarity with legal service delivery models and operational best practices.
Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
