About this role
Role Overview
Conduct proactive, consultative prospecting and lead qualification;
Present commercial proposals and manage negotiations through to closing;
Transition clients to the operations team in an organized manner, ensuring a smooth onboarding;
Improve the sales process together with the team by identifying areas for improvement;
Participate in strategic meetings and provide insights to optimize the sales funnel;
Use CRM (GoHighLevel) and ClickUp to manage contacts, activities, and reports;
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, maintaining high performance standards and operational excellence.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing agencies or B2B companies;
Experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiation;
Intermediate English for communication with international clients;
Proactivity, clear communication, and a results-oriented mindset;
Proficiency with CRM (GoHighLevel), ClickUp, and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets);
Ability to analyze commercial data and sales KPIs;
