Recruitment and selection: lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and assessments), supporting managers in defining candidate profiles.
Onboarding and offboarding: organize and implement structured onboarding and offboarding programs.
Training and development: plan and execute employee training and development initiatives.
Employee engagement and climate: conduct employee engagement and organizational climate surveys and propose improvement initiatives.
Personnel administration: support payroll routines and benefits administration.
HR metrics: prepare reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement).
Job evaluation and compensation: support compensation management ensuring internal equity.
Organizational culture: contribute to strengthening the company's values.
Strategic partnership: provide insights to leadership to support people-management decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
Experience in HR (preferably as a generalist)
Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office (Office suite)
