Support all managers in all aspects related to the human resources function.
Advise and support senior leadership in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs aligned with organizational direction and priorities.
Monitor and guide directors in applying policies, practices and programs, including staffing, change management, onboarding and integration, employee benefits, skills development, compensation, performance management and labour relations.
Contribute to the advancement and fulfilment of the Organization’s mission by participating in large-scale projects.
Implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, commitment and retention.
Execute legal mandates related to labour law.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant field.
Member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines du Québec (CRHA).
Studies in human resources management or related training.
In-depth knowledge of HR issues within a regulated or complex organization.
Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience, including:
Significant experience in senior HR roles with progressively increasing responsibilities;
Experience supervising or managing a team (minimum 5 years).
