Product Owner

Role Overview

• Manage and prioritise the squad's product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Liaise with a Senior Product Manager and internal stakeholders across product, technology, data to gather requirements and manage dependencies.
• Communicate the platform vision and product roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable tasks from the product function into tech.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams to deliver features, enhancements, and fixes across a platform.
• Maintain ICIS data quality, compliance, and accessibility.
• Use data to measure product performance, test with stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments, preferably with large software or data teams.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data platforms.
• Coding knowledge and understanding of AI is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and epics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA and data analysis platforms.
• Experience in energy markets or commodity pricing is desirable but not essential.
