You thoroughly understand the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders and use that insight to develop high-quality product solutions.
You create a long-term vision for the product and communicate progress openly and transparently.
You monitor market trends and competitor developments to ensure our product remains competitive.
You work both independently and closely with your team: you define the "what" and give the team the freedom for the "how" — while maintaining our high quality standards.
You support the coordination of team work according to Scrum and the planning of our typically two-week sprints.
You create test plans and test reports for new and existing products and perform manual test runs.
You manage, document and prioritize items in the Product Backlog and handle project-related documentation.

You have a completed vocational qualification or degree in Business Informatics, Business/Management, Computer Science or a related field, and a solid understanding of technical requirements.
You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role and experience with agile working methods, ideally in e-commerce or event management.
Strong communication skills to support stakeholder management: you can explain complex topics clearly and coordinate easily with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and technical understanding: you can analyze market trends and understand technical solutions.
You are proactive, able to work independently and make decisions. You take responsibility for your area and are willing to look beyond your immediate tasks to deliver valuable end results.
Team spirit and collaboration skills: you are a team player who knows how to inspire and motivate the development team and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
