About this role
Role Overview
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp;
Identify and map qualified leads (ICP), understanding each prospect's profile and potential;
Lead consultative conversations to uncover prospects' needs and challenges;
Schedule meetings for the sales executive team;
Populate and keep the CRM (HubSpot) updated with strategic information and relevant insights;
Create and execute personalized contact cadences and perform consistent follow-ups;
Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to create and optimize prospecting strategies;
Actively participate in generating new sales opportunities and growing the customer base.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and empathy
Organized, curious, and persistent profile
Ability to build relationships and engage clients
Interest in consultative selling, digital marketing, and technology
Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
Familiarity with Office Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to work toward targets and maintain a high-performance pace.
