- Support the organization in achieving strategic objectives by ensuring business readiness for change.
- Develop business readiness strategies and communicate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions of technology delivery.
- Manage resistance to change and provide guidance to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process mapping, taxonomy design, and continuous improvement delivery.
- Stakeholder engagement and change skills across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma); certification preferred but not essential.
- Experience using IBM Blueworks or similar process mapping tools.
- Ability to translate process insights into actionable improvements, with a focus on technology and data enablement.
