Experience with NodeJS, Python, and data infrastructure technologies (data catalogs, APIs, schema management, governance tools)
Strategic mindset balancing short-term needs with long-term technical investments
Track record of technical leadership guiding teams through complex challenges
Ability to decompose ambiguous problems into concrete implementation plans
