Manage the end-to-end handling of cyber claims arising from Australian policyholders, from notification through to resolution
Act as a key claims contact for brokers and insureds in the Australian market
Work closely with underwriting and distribution teams to:
provide claims insights
support broker engagement
help position claims as a differentiator
Support the development of claims data, trends, and reporting relevant to the Australian portfolio
Assist with the creation and delivery of claims presentations and training for brokers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with UK and US claims colleagues to ensure consistency in claims approach, guidance, and strategy
Contribute to the ongoing development of claims processes and best practices as the Australian operation grows
Facilitate claims payments, budgets, and maintain and manage financial data
Generate reports utilizing Tableau to pull general claims data

Experience working in insurance claims, ideally within cyber insurance
Previous exposure to cyber, professional indemnity, or financial lines claims strongly preferred
Confidence working directly with:
brokers
insureds
insurer partners
external vendors
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain claims concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
