Role Overview
- lead the dataset onboarding efforts for the Quantitative Research Platform (QRP) team
- collaborate with technology partners to integrate financial and alternative datasets into QRP
- work closely with researchers to design data consumption patterns
- partner with Data Operations to maintain data quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in asset management or hedge funds, focused on data analysis, delivery, and transformation across asset classes
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and coach others while contributing individually
- Exposure to a wide array of financial and alternative datasets with deep knowledge of consumption patterns
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Python
- CFA charter holder or progress toward CFA designation is a strong plus
