Role Overview
Active prospecting and advanced lead qualification (outbound and inbound)
Conducting strategic conversations with decision-makers
In-depth diagnosis of leads' needs and pain points
Scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team
Building and optimizing cadences, scripts, and approaches
Efficient management of CRM, data, and conversion metrics
Generating insights and recommendations to improve the funnel
Training, supporting, and mentoring junior SDRs when necessary
Increasing the predictability and quality of the sales pipeline
Requirements
Proven experience as an SDR, in pre-sales, or in B2B prospecting
Ability to hold high-level commercial conversations with decision-makers
Strong analytical skills and command of prospecting metrics
High level of organization, process management, and operational discipline
Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
Clear communication, persuasive skills, and emotional intelligence
Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools
Goal-oriented profile with a track record of strong results
Experience with digital marketing, agencies, or B2B services
Experience executing high-performance multichannel cadences
Ability to map new opportunities and test new strategies
