Project Manager – Traffic Specialist

Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end management of operational projects, ensuring deadlines, alignment and high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the link between traffic, creative, copywriting and strategy — keeping the operation integrated and high-performing.
• Track, organize and prioritize requests in ClickUp, ensuring the client workflow is always up to date.
• Conduct alignment meetings with clients, translating needs into clear action plans.
• Analyze performance metrics and reports to guide adjustments with the traffic team.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, propose improvements and continuously optimize processes.
• Ensure that lead generation funnels, automations and campaigns are running as planned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management within marketing agencies or related areas.
• Experience with paid traffic (not to operate campaigns directly, but to understand, validate and provide strategic direction).
• Familiarity with legal marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with ClickUp, Miro, CRM systems and organizational tools.
• Communicative and analytical profile with strong prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and present results.
• Owner mentality, strong ethics and a genuine focus on real performance.
