4+ years of engineering management experience and 8+ years of overall experience in the industry.
Strong background working across complex technical systems, connecting external and internal data sources to enable internal data platforms and systems.
Experience working with the TypeScript and/or Rust ecosystem and public cloud providers (ideally AWS).
Track record of technical leadership guiding teams through complex challenges
Empathy and excellent communication skills.
Experience in developing, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team.
Strategic mindset balancing short-term needs with long-term technical investments.
Fluent English and German skills, as the role requires direct communication with external partners and customers.
