Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience
Possess a solid understanding of referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups
Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies
Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards
Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth
Requirements
Familiarity with cryptocurrency related terminology, market trends, and Referral Pro Mode program rules
Ability to work flexible hours to engage effectively with KOLs and community members across different time zones
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Mature business experience with strong ownership mindset and emotional intelligence
