The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the business areas, supporting leaders in talent management and development, strengthening organizational culture, and improving organizational performance.
Monitors HR metrics, leads employee engagement and climate initiatives, supports recruitment, succession planning, training, and career transitions, ensuring the application of People & Organization (P&O) policies and alignment between people, culture, and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in managing and monitoring HR metrics.
Experience in training and development.
Experience in conflict management and ongoing employee support.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Preferred/Additional qualifications: MBA in People Management; Intermediate level of English.
