Central point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related and employment-law matters
Execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, including all HR-related documentation
Roll-out and implementation of HR concepts (e.g., Recruiting, Talent Management) within the business units
Initial employment-law assessment of individual personnel measures
Collaboration with works council bodies
Preparation and drafting of works agreements
Implementation of personnel (special) individual measures (primarily warnings, termination agreements, dismissals)
HR special topics/HR projects on-site as well as support for group-wide HR projects
Oversight of employee development measures

Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification
3–6 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in the logistics environment
Experience working with the works council
Strong expertise in employment law
Confident user of MS Office and SAP HCM
Professional demeanor, empathy, and strong communication skills at all hierarchy levels
High degree of flexibility, self‑initiative, and assertiveness
Solution-oriented and implementation-focused working style combined with a hands-on mentality
