- Approach and qualify warm leads for meetings via WhatsApp or phone call
- Engage and qualify followers for meetings through social selling
- Keep the CRM updated with information about all activities
- Follow up and recover leads who no-showed to meetings
- Meet daily call and outreach targets
- Attend weekly sales team meetings
- Participate in provided training sessions
Requirements
- Previous experience in pre-sales (SDR/BDR), commercial support, or consultative phone sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and disciplined to handle variable sales routines
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
