Customer Success – Remote

Role Overview

• Scheduling and maintaining client onboarding
• Client relationship management
• Direct communication with clients via phone and/or WhatsApp
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Monitoring and analyzing data
• Customer retention
• Updating daily tasks in our internal management tool
• Participating in internal meetings for follow-up
• Being available to join client meetings for updates and feedback
• Participating in a weekly one-on-one review with a team supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in a Customer Success role
• Intermediate knowledge of Paid Traffic (Paid Advertising)
• Proficiency in consultative relationship management for conflict resolution
• Organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Commitment.
