As Energy Customer Success & Portfolio Growth Manager, you are responsible for the development of our customers and their energy portfolios.
You ensure that individual assets are developed into scalable, economically successful hybrid power plants and continuously advance existing customers.
Rapid activation of new customers: 85% of all new customers begin actively marketing their energy assets within 8 weeks of contract signing.
Growth in the existing customer portfolio: 40% of existing customers expand their energy portfolios annually through additional assets or new energy products.
Building and developing energy portfolios: At least 20 new assets (PV, green energy storage, HPC) are integrated into existing customer portfolios each quarter.
Active development of customer relationships: At least 10 structured portfolio reviews per month with customers to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
Continuous growth of the energy portfolio: The actively marketed customer portfolio (MW) grows continuously through new plants, storage systems and hybrid power plants.

You have a strong affinity for data, markets and systems and use these to make well-founded decisions.
You have experience in the energy industry, e.g., in power trading, direct marketing, energy sales, storage or PV projects, charging infrastructure, or energy-related services.
You hold a degree or vocational training in energy economics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
