About this role
Role Overview
Conduct onboarding and ongoing activities throughout the customer journey
Create, update and manage client accounts (account maintenance)
Guide customers on any questions or issues regarding the platform
Develop best practices and design retention, support, and engagement initiatives
Monitor and analyze performance indicators
Monitor risk and execute mitigation actions
Analyze scenarios to identify upsell opportunities
Track NPS surveys and propose improvements
Collaborate with Qualifica’s internal teams
Support the product team in resolving technical issues
Work to increase positive outcomes for your client portfolio
Document department processes
Build relationships with project stakeholders
Participate in events
Requirements
Experience in the technology and/or B2B sector
Experience working with HR departments, selling products to HR, or providing support/services to HR
Negotiation, problem-solving, and customer retention skills
