About this role
Role Overview
Account management, ensuring alignment and timely delivery;
Manage the entire sales cycle through post-sale support;
Deliver sales presentations and lead negotiations;
Prepare proposals and budgets;
Manage and expand the portfolio of active clients;
Understand campaign objectives and contribute to strategic planning;
Interact with clients, providing support and ensuring high-quality service;
Launch projects and updates in internal platforms, ensuring data integrity;
Support the team with administrative tasks and document organization;
Monitor and analyze client reports;
Requirements
Experience in advertising agencies or the marketing sector in sales or account executive roles
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients
Basic knowledge of project management tools and digital platforms
Proactive, dynamic, and comfortable working in a team.
