About this role

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to iGaming development, publishing, and distribution.
Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, and licensing agreements.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the industry, both domestically and internationally.
Assist in the resolution of disputes and manage any litigation matters that may arise.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on emerging trends and regulations affecting the iGaming industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with new projects.
Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance efforts by advising on company policies and procedures.

Law degree.
Admission to the bar and in good standing to practice law.
Experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology or entertainment sectors.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.
Proactive, hands-on approach.
