Junior Lawyer

Role Overview

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts of low, medium and high complexity;
• Handle corporate matters, including drafting and monitoring corporate documents and filings;
• Establish, regularize and manage company branches;
• Support tax matters and labor law inquiries;
• Actively participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners, supporting negotiations and contract drafting;
• Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings, liaising with external law firms;
• Support administrative and operational routines of the legal department;
• Conduct legal research on legislation, doctrine and case law;
• Work on matters related to LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), privacy and data protection;
• Support continuous improvement of legal workflows, controls and processes.

Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
• Advanced English;
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts;
• Experience with corporate filings and corporate governance matters;
• Experience in logistics, technology or e-commerce companies is a plus.
