Role Overview
- Monitor and analyze Bacen (Central Bank of Brazil) regulations applicable to Elo's products and services (payment arrangements, BaaS, Open Finance/Pix)
- Respond to official communications and requests from Bacen
- Prepare reports and recommendations related to regulatory communications
- Provide regulatory legal support to Elo's internal teams
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration
- English (proficiency)
- 1 to 3 years since graduation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools
Additionally, it is a plus if you have:
- Prior experience in the legal department of banks or fintechs
- Courses or postgraduate studies focused on financial regulation
