Requirements
- 7+ years of retail store manager experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees
- 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
