Role Overview
Create and maintain the customer engagement program.
Monitor at-risk customers and take action before churn.

Requirements
Proven experience in post-sales, Customer Success (CS), engagement, or retention.

Ability to identify upsell/upgrade, renewal, and referral opportunities.
Experience converting customer results into case studies and social proof.
Experience leading teams and structuring processes.
Data-driven decision-making.
Clear communication and strong client relationship skills.
