Optimizes standard applicant workflows to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the content management system (CMS), through the candidate relationship management (CRM) system to the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develops and maintains CRM engagement frameworks and template strategies aligned to the external employee value proposition (EVP) for regional recruiting priorities, internal mobility, and always‑on engagement.
Creates and manages a proactive, organic always on engagement cadence by job family and market, measuring performance and reporting on return on investment (ROI).
Identifies and documents sourcing and engagement best practices, including standard operating procedures, audits and performance insights continuous improvement opportunities.
Communicates and distributes information to key stakeholders for decision making and implementation of practices.
Leverages recruitment marketing vendors to identify sourcing gaps and hiring needs informing talent pipeline development, community partnership, and career ladder strategies.
Identifies and implements data-driven evergreen requisition strategies for high-turnover, high-volume, and hard-to-fill roles by region to reduce time-to-fill based on market trends.
Maintains a thorough understanding of CMS, CRM and ATS system functionality to inform key decision makers on recommended strategies, optimization and provide stakeholder guidance.
Collaborates with marketing/communication team to ensure external employee value proposition collateral used for candidate engagement strategies, social media, career web site content, etc. is continuously refreshed and in alignment with organization brand standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education
Five years' experience
Physical requirements include frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
