Role Overview
- Provide statistical leadership and guidance as the lead statistician on project teams
- Develop innovative statistical solutions to support trial decision-making
- Plan, monitor, and manage project activities, timelines, processes, and resources
- Mentor junior project team members
- Represent statistics in cross-functional and cross-company activities.
Requirements
- PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline
- at least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in clinical development
- experience with Biotech, pharma, Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
- broad knowledge and good understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques
- proficient in advanced statistical analyses using SAS or R.
- demonstrated strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
