Ensure execution of the strategic content plan, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and aligning with strategic guidelines.
Create, organize, and update support materials for the workflow: briefings, guides, production materials, personas, and strategic documents.
Research and test tools, methodologies, trends, and innovation opportunities to optimize the production process, increase efficiency, and raise the quality of deliverables.
Monitor the delivery routine, follow up on delays when necessary, and update the internal team and the client on status.
Translate strategic inputs into clear directives for vendors and the production process.
Perform final content validation, ensuring coherence, consistency, and alignment with the plan.
Brief, guide, and oversee writers, editors, and other external vendors throughout the process, ensuring they have the information, materials, and guidelines needed to deliver excellently.
Close out production and monitor the vendors' payment flow.
Execute and coordinate the Digital PR workflow in projects, validating portals, articles, and content; approving partners according to strategic guidelines; and ensuring the final quality of published content and links.
