- Oversee hiring, management, and supervision of non-commissioned branch staff
- Provide operational and administrative support to the branch and Investment Advisors
- Maintain adherence to compliance and audit requirements and branch profitability
- Assist Branch Manager with Investment Advisor duties and customer service standards
Requirements
- Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Completed the Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Demonstrated experience in the financial service brokerage industry
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to staff and clients
- Problem-solving skills sufficient to resolve issues and conflicts
