Lead all facets of global employee benefits, including strategic planning, design, implementation, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration of global programs
Manage and negotiate domestic and international vendor relationships including insurance brokerage and third-party administrators
Oversee US annual open enrollment process, NQDC plan enrollment process, and 401(K) plan, plus the renewal processes globally
Prepare regular reports for senior management on benefit plans performance and costs
Requirements
At least 10 years of benefits experience including global scope and M&A due diligence and integrations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Masters degree and/or advanced benefit certifications is a plus
Expertise in design, development, implementation, and administration of all types of health, well-being and retirement programs
Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications
Strong aptitude for benefit administration systems with extensive experience in Workday
