Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Cards, Loans, or Accounts.
Prior experience in the Digital Banking / FinTech industry.
Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly.
Analyzing the needs of business.
Creating and guiding various research and test requirements.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver work according to deadlines.
