HR Assistant

Role Overview

• Support Recruitment & Selection processes
• Screen resumes and assist with conducting initial interviews
• Support onboarding of new hires, including organizing documents, scheduling, and monitoring the first weeks
• Conduct employee engagement follow-ups with guidance from the HR team
• Support maintenance and updating of HR records, spreadsheets, and systems
• Provide support for company HR projects (development, culture, internal communications, among others)
• Assist with administrative HR tasks, ensuring organization and timely completion of deliverables

Requirements

• Genuine interest in working and developing a career in Human Resources
• Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with people of different backgrounds and profiles
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
• Prior experience in HR is a plus but not required
