Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Develop and execute active prospecting strategies (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling)
Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from first contact through contract closing
Consultative Selling and Diagnosis: Conduct diagnostic meetings with C-level executives and directors to identify their pain points and strategic challenges
Pipeline and CRM Management: Maintain the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/etc.) with excellence
Negotiation and Closing: Prepare value-based proposals, lead complex negotiations and ensure contract closures
Requirements
Sales professional with a hunter profile (proactive new-business hunter)
Strong sense of responsibility
Proactivity and autonomy to manage your territory and account portfolio
Resilience, grit and a results-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections confidently and address challenges intelligently
Consultative curiosity to study clients' pain points and data solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers and leaders
Experience in B2B company sales
Practical knowledge of B2B sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT/GPCT)
Ability to translate technical features into business value, ROI and financial impact
Expertise in using prospecting and cadence tools (e.g., Ramper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Knowledge of Pipedrive CRM or similar platforms
