Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 3+ years of significant scrum master experience with cross-functional Tech teams.
Strong technical acumen.
In depth understanding of sdlc and project life cycle.
Proven analytical skills to address complex issues and ability to think and communicate at different levels of detail and across different levels of the organization.
Ability to understand technical requirements, identify risks and dependencies early, and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure successful delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority, lead cross-functional alignment, and represent your team with clarity and confidence.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
Experience with industry standard agile and project management tools.
