Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration
2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or working closely with IT in systems development and implementation.
Knowledge of assigned business area's products and processes
Strong technical knowledge with ability to express complex technical concepts
Understanding of project management concepts
Strong written communication skills including project documentation and technical writing
Strong analytical and conceptual skills for new concept development
Testing applications to meet quality standards and user requirements
Ongoing support and troubleshooting with application issues.
Experience in business process re-engineering and systems integrations
