About this role

Lead client engagements from kickoff to go live, ensuring clear communication, smooth execution, and measurable outcomes.
Serve as a trusted partner to executive teams, translating business goals into data driven insights through our Insights platform.
Build and manage project plans that keep deliverables on track and expectations aligned.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational and accounting workflows.
Configure, test, and support application solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.
Ensure consistent collaboration between clients, internal teams, and CCT to deliver a seamless experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study (technical, business, math, engineering, etc.)
Project management experience or software consulting experience is a plus
Excellent client-facing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, technical writing skills
Ability to work as part of a project team structure
Ability to work on-site at client locations throughout North America
Travel Expectations: ~ 50%
Ability to pass stringent background investigations, required
Clean driving record, required
