Schedule discovery meetings for account executives, primarily through outbound calls, but also including email and social media
Partner with Account Executives to create successful handoffs for qualified opportunities
Respond quickly to inbound demo requests
Research accounts for relevant contacts and contextual information
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
Experience with outbound communications via phone and email
Experience researching contacts and information for high value accounts
Experience with detailed recordkeeping in a CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
Experience meeting and exceeding targets or quotas.
