Role Overview
- Drive the new business sales cycle
- Identify potential clients and maintain current accounts
- Resolve prospects’ needs, negotiate, and close deals
- Perform high volume of calls and Zoom meetings
- Utilize resources to increase knowledge of trends and market conditions
- Communicate performance expectations to clients
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group
- Represent the voice of the customer for product and sales improvement
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inside or outside sales
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- High degree of ownership and dedication
- Ability to prioritize and utilize time management
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google suite of tools
- Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for company events
