Campaign Creation & Execution: Set up, schedule, and launch email and SMS campaigns across various marketing platforms.
Build and customize email templates, landing pages, and automation workflows.
Implement UTM tracking, dynamic content, personalization tokens, and A/B tests.
Ensure campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices.
Maintain brand guidelines across all communication.
Automation & Workflows: Create and manage automated journeys/flows including welcome sequences, abandoned cart flows, re-engagement emails, and lead nurturing funnels.
Maintain and optimize tagging systems and behavioral triggers.
Audience Management: Build and manage audience segments, tags, custom fields, and subscriber lists.
Handle data imports, cleaning, and segmentation for targeted campaigns. Manage suppression lists, opt-ins, and compliance rules.
Requirements
4–6+ years in marketing strategy, campaign management, or growth operations.
Proven success running B2B or service-based campaigns that improved engagement and conversion.
Strong experience with email marketing platforms such as: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Omnisend.
