They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to manage their marketing strategy, digital advertising, and online presence, while aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow The Archetype Strategy and its divisions
- Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, collaborating closely with leadership
- Oversee and execute daily content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Develop content calendars, grow engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage website updates, content strategy, and SEO optimization (WordPress or similar)
- Monitor website analytics, traffic, and conversions to drive continuous improvement
- Develop processes to collect, monitor, and respond to Google Reviews and other platforms
- Build a positive online reputation through consistent engagement and proactive management
- Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Manage budgets, optimize performance, and report on ROI
- Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platform metrics to analyze campaign performance
- Provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or service-based industries
- Proven track record of helping companies grow revenue and brand presence significantly
- Expertise in social media management, digital advertising, and SEO
- Strong understanding of website management (WordPress or similar platforms)
- Experience managing online reputation and Google Reviews
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
