Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap for shared services.
Establish governance, standards, and best practices for internal APIs, authentication, access control, & inter-domain integration.
Partner deeply with domain Product Managers and Platform Engineering to identify dependencies, design reusable services, and drive alignment on shared capabilities.
Champion platform reliability and security, working closely with engineering and architecture teams to enforce standards.
Conduct in-depth user research, onsite observations, attend customer events, and perform data analysis.
Define KPIs and adoption metrics for platform components to drive data-driven prioritization and continuous improvement.
Facilitate cross-domain prioritization and sequencing, ensuring that foundational platform work is unblocked.
Lead iterative delivery and proactively manage technical risks to ensure predictable outcomes.
Translate technical strategy into clear, high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that drive engineering efficiency.
Advocate for reusability and support consistent use of internal tools, APIs, and eventing systems.

5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in distributed architecture and platform or infrastructure product management, ideally within SaaS, EMR, or healthcare technology companies.
Deep understanding of identity management, access control frameworks, event-driven architecture, and API ecosystem design.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in governance frameworks that effectively balance flexibility with consistency across multiple product teams.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, driving complex, cross-domain initiatives through strong stakeholder management.
Analytical mindset relying on data to drive decision-making, using analytics to monitor platform usage and performance.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust roadmaps and priorities based on new data and technical constraints.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent work experience.
Experience with cloud-native microservice architecture & multi-tenant SaaS models (bonus).
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, ONC Certification) (bonus).
Previous work in EHR/EMR systems or healthcare data ecosystems (bonus).
