Develop and execute the editorial calendar for NP Digital's corporate social media channels and its executive leadership (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
Plan and produce multiplatform content in partnership with leadership and other business areas
Manage social communities: monitor, engage, and represent the brand's institutional voice with clarity and consistent positioning
Measure results and KPIs, recommending improvements based on data and market trends
Lead content and distribution strategy for NPcast, from defining topics and guests to episode activation
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and integrated impact of initiatives
Stay attentive to shifts in digital behavior and propose innovations that strengthen the brand's authority on social channels
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media (B2B experience is a plus)
Familiarity with scheduling tools, social listening, and light editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Experience in content production, editorial calendars, and community management
Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis for digital channels
Excellent command of Portuguese; English is a plus.
