Design and deploy training programs for new employees
Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders
Deliver clinical and technical content effectively using digital resources
Assess the effectiveness of the training by evaluations, surveys and feedback
Foster cross departmental training collaboration to promote a culture of learning
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with successful 5 years combined experience in medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience, training delivery, or relevant areas
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
Experience with project management/project leadership
Excellent spoken and written English is required. European language capability is desired.
